Following the highly successful show in May 2007 Property Arabia is set to return to the Bahrain international Exhibition Centre from the 24 to 27 October with an exciting co- event, the Worldwide Property Show.

Gathering the expertise of two major exhibitions organisers and two Established exhibitions, this combines event is set to be bigger and better than ever, serving as a magnet for serious investors and home buyers in the GCC.

With the international element of The Worldwide property Show and the regional strength of property Arabia, the combined event is anticipated to be twice the size of the show held in May 2007. Over 5,000 visitors are expected to attend, attracted by the wide range of property and property related services from around the world.

Real Estate is increasingly perceived as an attractive alternative investment in the GCC region which continues to flourish, driven by excess liquidity ($60 + oil prices), low interest rates, increased confidence in the economic environment and an ease in regulatory red tape.
