Introduction
The Beijing Overseas Property and Luxury Show will take place in the Autumn of 2010 as part of The 17th Beijing Property Consumer Show. As a special feature of the Beijing Property Consumer Show, the Beijing Overseas Property and Resorts Show is the ideal platform for companies offering overseas real estate, holiday resorts, leisure products and services to the wealthy Chinese market.

Why Exhibit:
The 17th Beijing Property Consumer Show is Beijing’s longest running and best attended property show, having run for many years. The show’s brand name has been tested by time and proven by strong visitor numbers. Previous shows have attracted between 80,000-100,000 affluent Chinese visitors. This is the ideal platform for overseas exhibitors who would like to access high net worth Chinese investors.

• The buying power of wealthy Chinese: the recently released BAIN report stated that by the end of 2009 there will be 320,000 high income Chinese with each having more than 10 million RMB available for investment.

• According to World Tourism Organization, by 2015 there will be 80 million Chinese taking vacations around the world making China the country with the largest number of outbound tourists in the world. China represents the largest and fastest growing visitor market as well.

• Beijing tops the rich list in China, mostly because senior government officials and business leaders live there. According to official surveys, Beijing’s 110,000 foreign residents make it the home of the largest expat community in China. Shanghai is ranked the second with around 90,000 expats.
