Following highly successful shows in May & November 2007 and May & November 2008, Property Arabia is set to return to the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre from May 27th to 30th, 2009 with an exciting partnership with the Worldwide Property Show, the longest running international property show in the GCC.

Gathering the expertise of two major exhibitions organisers and two established exhibitions, this combined event is set to be bigger and better than ever, serving as a magnet for serious investors and home buyers in the GCC.

With the international element of the Worldwide Property Show and the regional strength of Property Arabia, this combined event is anticipated to be twice the size of the shows held previously in 2007 and in May 2008. In May 2008 this event attracted over 80 exhibitors occupying 8,000m2, with visitor attendance up by 57% totalling over 8,000 investors, a large percentage from Saudi Arabia. However, in November 2008 visitor numbers were down by 9% mainly due to the global financial situation.

Real Estate is increasingly perceived as an attractive alternative investment in the GCC region which continues to flourish, driven by excess liquidity low interest rates, increased confidence in the economic environment and an ease in regulatory red tape.
