The Worldwide Property Show, launched in 1996, has since visited Asia, China, the USA and is also now the longest running property exhibition in the Middle East.
After an absence of over three years, our spring show is returning to Singapore and will occupy Hall 402 & 403 at Suntec City, offering over 3,500m2 of first class exhibition and conference space in the heart of the city.
An added attraction to this year’s event is the dedicated Indian Real Estate pavilion which is being marketed exclusively by ShowMan Communications.
The show will enable approximately 100 leading international developers, agents, lenders and investment companies from Europe, America, Middle East, North and South Africa, Far East and Australasia to participate. The exhibition is open to the public and is aimed at affluent national and expatriate investors interested in residential and commercial real estate. With pundits predicting Asia and in particular Singapore to recover from the financial downturn, this will be an ideal time to participate.
Suntec City is now established as one of Asia’s top exhibition facilities located in Marina Bay the new downtown waterfront business centre. Enjoying a prime central city location, Suntec Singapore offers access to 75,000 square metres of meeting space, 5,200 hotel rooms, 1,000 retail outlets and 300 food outlets all via covered air- conditioned covered walkways. With Singapore home to some 7,000 multi nationals including the Asia Pacific HQ’s of many Fortune 500 companies, the city is an ideal venue to host an international event.
