New consumer show for UAE Properties !

Property Shopper, a new exhibition being held in association with Property Weekly magazine and RERA, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency for the Government of Dubai, is being launched at the Grand Hyatt Dubai on May 22nd-24th 2008, to enable investors to meet a large number of registered Dubai based estate agents, with properties for sale and for rent.

Property Shopper will be taking place alongside the Worldwide Property Show, the UAE’s longest running international real estate event, giving investors the opportunity to meet a large number of developers and brokers from around the world.

The organizers, Worldwide Shows and Events, have the full support of RERA and Marwan Ahmad Bin Ghalita, the Chairman of RERA said, “It has been the Government of Dubai’s aim to give investors from the region and abroad confidence in the Emirates property market, and we are pleased that Property Shopper will focus on RERA registered estate agents who all meet the agencies standards and practices”.

Mashreq will be the show’s financial sponsor, and media partners are Zee TV along with Radio 2,99.3FM.

Mike Bridge co presenter from Radio 2’s “The Property Week” said,” We will be bringing along our regular experts from the radio show including Pawan Dhawan, Vice President of Mortgages at Mashreq and Adam Partridge from Sherwoods, and will be holding daily property clinics to assist people with their property purchases!”

Pooja Rajani, Event Director for the exhibition said, “Both visitors and exhibitors will be able to meet all the top brokers both from Dubai and other Emirates showing altogether. Short term and fractional ownership companies will also participate giving everyone an opportunity to find a suitable investment.”

Dubai Shows organizers of the Worldwide Property Show will be acting as exclusive agents for the Property Shopper. They are also agents for Property Arabia 2008 being held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre on May 28th-31st 2008.
