Worldwide Property Show

Mike Bridge , Regional Sales Director at Dubai Shows said that the bi-annual event now in its 27th edition in the UAE, has proven to be one of the most successful exhibitions for the company. "Since we first launched it in 1995, the Worldwide Property Show has been attended by more than over 175,000 investors and buyers. What an event of this nature does is bridge physical and virtual distances: the show brings together some of the leading players in the property market, enabling visitors to identify, select and buy a house as far away as Spain, Switzerland, Morocco, London or Paris, or just around the corner in the UAE. We have secured the participation of 60 exhibitors, together representing 18 global markets. Each realtor, developer or estate agent is expected to showcase the best of residential properties in their portfolio, ranging from studio apartments to lavish villas, with budgets and styles to suit everyone," he explained.

Confirmed exhibitors include the renowned Algarve Property Group from Portugal, Sherwoods Property Consultants covering Spain, UK and Morocco, Farao Hellas from Greece, MAS International from Saudi Arabia, Couseil Patrimoine from France, Lace Market Properties from England, Fuerteventura Golf Resort from the Canaries, Imagine Homes from England, Al Bodor and Asteco from the UAE, and Jordan Projects for Tourism Development, among several others.

Bridge said that the event has proven extremely popular with UAE residents in the past, with previous exhibitions attracting up to 1500 visitors every day. "Given our keen interest in global real estate - in newly emerging countries such as Morocco and Jordan, as well as those that are well established like the UK and Spain, plus the wide range of premium properties right here in Dubai - we expect this event too to attract the attention of investors, individuals and families looking for a main residence or second, holiday or retirement homes," he stated.

The three-day Worldwide Property Show will be held at the Baniyas Grand Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Dubai . The show will run from 5.00 to 9.00 pm on May 13, and from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm on May 14 and 15. Entry to the event is free.
