Free consumer forum will showcase wide variety of properties available to rent, sublet or purchase in Dubai

Leading property exhibition company Dubai Shows has announced a unique consumer forum at their forthcoming event Dubai R&R - The Resale and Rental Show . Entitled 'The Wall' - a large space dedicated to residents of Dubai – the forum is open to everyone who wishes to announce details of the homes they are looking to sell, buy and rent.

Dubai R&R is the UAE's first exhibition dedicated to resale and rental properties and will offer local developers and estate agents a unique opportunity to showcase their portfolios under one roof.

Launching 'The Wall' in anticipation of the event to be held on March 24 and 25 at the Jumeirah Ballroom in Crowne Plaza Dubai, Mike Bridge - Regional Sales Director of Dubai Shows, said that the free forum was designed to attract wide range of audiences. "There are several people out there who are wary, intimidated or simply shy about approaching realtors – be it to identify a new home to rent or to sell or lease their freehold property. This forum is for them, for the participating realtors, as well as for the many residents who cannot physically attend the exhibition," he said.

Bridge also explained the logistics of posting a message on The Wall: "All one has to do is prepare a notice stating type, nature, size, location and price of the property they wish to sell or lease – ideally with accompanying pictures. Entries are currently being accepted online by emailing info@dubaishows.com . Visitors to the exhibition can also personally post their messages on The Wall, while others can write down details of whatever appeals to them."

The Wall, measuring a significant portion of a physical wall located near the entrance of the exhibition venue, will be erected a day prior to the launch of the exhibition - admission to which is free for everyone.
