Organisers Dubai Shows confirm 60 exhibitors from 18 countries under one roof at popular consumer event.

International property exhibition company Dubai Shows has announced that their popular 'Worldwide Property Show' will be held at the Sheraton Doha on the 9th & 10th of May and Grand Hyatt Dubai from May 13th to 15th 2005. A total of more than 40 exhibitors representing 18 countries will showcase premium residential property to consumers residing in the UAE at the three-day event.

Mike Bridge, International Sales Director at Dubai Shows said that the event now in its 27th edition in the UAE and the 6th edition Doha has proven to be one of the most successful exhibitions for the company, apart from being the most popular for UAE and Qatari residents. "What an event of this nature does is bridge distances – both physical and that which exists between global realtors and local residents. It is as simple as driving for mere minutes to be able to identify, select and buy a house as afar as Spain, Switzerland, London or Paris.

"We have secured the confirmed participation of 40 exhibitors, with more expected to join the ranks, together representing 18 countries from around the globe. Each realtor, developer or marketer is expected to showcase the best of residential properties in their portfolio, ranging from studio apartments to lavish villas," he explained. Confirmed exhibitors include the renowned ETA Star Property Developers, Algarve Property Group, Couseil Patrimoine, Lace Market Properties Ltd, Sherwoods Property Consultants and Jordan Projects for Tourism Development, among several others.

Bridge said that the event has proven extremely popular with visitors in the past, with previous editions drawing up to 1500 visitors every day. "Given our keen interest in global real estate - in newly emerging countries such as Morocco and Jordan, as well as those that are well established like the UK and Spain - we expect this event too to attract the attention of investors, individuals and families looking for a second, holiday or retirement home," he stated.

The Worldwide Property Show will be held in Doha at the Sheraton Doha, Salwa Ballroom, on the 9th and 10th and will run from 10.30am to 1.30pm and 5pm to 9pm on both days. In Dubai the show is being held at the Grand Hyatt, Bani Yas Grand Ballroom. The show will run from 5.00 to 9.00 pm on May 13, and from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm on May 14 and 15.
Entry to the event is free.
