Dubai Property to be promoted at two exhibitions!

Dubai Shows Ltd, the international property exhibition company, has launched two events to be held in March 2005 showcasing Dubai developments!

The Worldwide Property Show is returning to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on March 11th-13th 2005 for it’s seventh visit after an absence of two years.

The organisers have recently moved the event to a bigger hall at the HKCEC to accommodate the large number of exhibitors from Dubai who will be joining the show and launching several mega-sized developments for the first time in Asia.

Other countries already confirmed include the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Australia, Florida USA, New Zealand, Spain, Thailand and France.

George Betz International Sales Director for the show said, “ The Hong Kong economy is in a much healthier state and Chinese and Expat investors are now keen to explore real estate investment opportunities again.”

“This will be our biggest show at the centre so far, and will benefit from the presence of some of the most interesting and unusual developments across the globe.

We are also delighted that major companies from the United Arab Emirates will use the exhibition to showcase some of the most innovative developments available in Dubai. Foreigners are now able to buy properties there, and their presence will give the show an added boost with the local press and media!”

Dubai Shows will also take the Worldwide Property Show to Doha and Dubai in May 2005.

The company is also launching a new event called R&R..The Resale and Rental Property Show, which will be held in Dubai at the Crowne Plaza on 24th-25th March, featuring UAE real estate.

Mike Bridge, Regional Sales Director for Dubai Shows said, “ The market here in the UAE is changing from “off plan” to corporations and individuals now keen to sell onto the second hand buyer. Also many buyers who work here don’t particularly wish to wait several years for their home to be built and this is creating a strong resale market.”
