Due to the success of last months Dubai and Gulf Property Show held in London, the organizers, Dubai Shows, have just announced that the show will return to the Novotel London West in July 2007.
The show which will take place for the third time in 18 months will open on July 14th-15th 2007, and already a large number of existing exhibitors will be returning.
One happy exhibitor was Shazad Ali, the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Trident. He said, “The Dubai & Gulf Property Show provides a unique platform to meet potential buyers & network with leading real estate agents in London. The exhibition we feel encapsulates what all good shows should, attracting leading players interested in the booming Middle Eastern realty market. We have always been content with our participation at this show & recommend it to all professionals within this dynamic industry.”
Martina Rohel, Group Marketing Manager at Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group said, “The UK represents a key target market for City of Arabia development. Our 2nd participation at the London Property Show was very successful, recording an increasing interest in our project from both agent and public side and demonstrating clear return on our marketing investment in this part of the world".
Nicky Petts, Marketing Executive at Dubai Sports City said, “This was our 3rd time exhibiting at a ‘Dubai Property Show’ event and we found the quality of visitors at this particular show the best so far. We successfully agreed sales during the event and have several more pending, which hopefully should be agreed over the next few weeks.
Also the show provided a professional platform for us to meet up our UK appointed brokers. Here, they could actually see our project model along with huge scale images, and collect a comprehensive range of marketing literature from us.
Exhibiting for the first time was First Gulf Bank. Will McIntosh head of their Real Estate Department said, ”We felt that there was a good volume of visitors to the show over both days and found that the buyers were of good quality keen for good advice to assist them with property and financing proposals and in making a final decision to buy abroad for investment or personal use. What was also very important for us was that we found a strong interest and demand for our new projects in Abu Dhabi.”
The financial industry was also well represented by several local companies including The Global Eye Group who presented several workshops and Amlak, who both had a successful show.
Mike Bridge a Director at Dubai Shows said “Although the overall attendance was slightly down on the 2006 show, many of the investors were obviously keen to find out all about the property industry in the Gulf, and all our workshops were full to capacity. This is not a numbers game, but it’s the quality of the attendees that counts and judging from our exhibitors reaction, the exhibition was a big success!” |
