UAE market set to lead International Property Exhibitions

The International Property Exhibition Company, Dubai Shows Ltd. kicked off Season II 2005 with the successful completion of the Resale & Rental Property Show held this past weekend at the Crowne Plaza bringing in thousands of local visitors.

In it's tenth year the season will showcase the Worldwide Property Show in the forthcoming China Tour this October, taking a big national group to Shanghai and Hong Kong; companies and projects such as the City of Arabia, Business Bay from Dubai Properties, IFA Hotels & Resorts, Jamal Al Habtoor, Property Plus featuring EMAAR Properties and Sherwoods amongst others will be among the exhibitors.

‘Although the event itself will feature international properties from Australia, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Caribbean, China, Croatia, England, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, South America, Spain, Thailand and the USA to name a few, the biggest space has been booked by the UAE companies showcasing their latest upcoming state of the art projects' added Mike Bridge , Sales Director of Dubai Shows Ltd..

With Dubai property initiatives taking centre stage worldwide the International Property Exhibition Company, Dubai Shows Ltd. is also proud to announce that the first Dubai Property Show set to be held in London 21 st & 22 nd of January is already almost sold-out. The DPS will grow to be an international road-show with future plans for additional cities already underway.
