The International property & Investment Show in conjunction with the Worldwide property Show

IRIS participated for the first time at OPINS 2007-the International Property & Investment Show in conjunction with the Worldwide property Show in Seoul, Korea, showcasing projects worth over AED 2bn.

Among the developers exhibiting, IRIS was the only property developer from the UAE to showcase projects at the OPINS 2007 Property & Investment Show. At the exhibition IRIS signed an Agent agreement with several leading real-estate brokers in Korea: BM Properties Corporation, AK Links PTY Limited, and Far East Real Estate -Map Reality highlighting their commitment to the investors in Korea. These Agents will provide support to IRIS’ sales team in promoting IRIS’ residential and commercial developments in both Korea and North Asia.

Dubai Property Show at RDS irish international Exhibition and convention centre Dublin
March 26th 2006

We exhibit at a lot of property shows both in Dublin and around Ireland and the Dubai show in Dublin was one of the best we have attended. We were fortunate to be representing Al Fajer Properties at the show which gave us probablly the most professional stand in the hall.

We found the quality of the potential clients was very good with a very focused interest in Dubai Property. Sunday especially was a very busy day and it has given our existing database of clients interested in Dubai a tremendous boost.

The Jumierah Business Centre received  a level of interest which was beyond our expections and I believe this was due to the quality of the product along with the credibility of the company.
Nobody else at the show could give clients a 5 star commercial product along with a 9% guaranteed return over an initial 5 year period.

An Excepional Weekend.

our stand was definitely worth the effort and cost of shipping it over to Dublin. It was a huge attraction, and was constantly
